Kris

The pain of missing him has not lessened one iota. I love him dearly. God is not God of the dead but of the living.

Kris is documentation that the Dittmer gene line has a gift for attracting better looking, more intelligent mates to continuously improve the gene pool. My observations of my relatives supports this thesis 100%. I am the BEST example.

‎Ivan, it already is big, and looks to get bigger. But!! there is a BIG caveat. All infrastructure relies on the earth's stability. But prophecy points to a shaking of the earth. God will allow the earth to become temporarily unstable so that we will rely on His Stability for HE IS OUR ROCK!! What can we do to escape THE SHAKING? Nothing. What can God do to guide us and prepare us. EVERYTHING!!
Our problem is we're looking at it from human eyes and not God's eyes. We, humanity, build EVERYTHING on this earth and it's stability, including our theology, evolution. We need to build both our treasures and understanding on the FOUNDATION OF THE FEAR OF THE LORD.
That doesn't mean put all your money in tin can and bury it. It does mean that all of our organizations, institutions, buildings, everything need to be centered around families and service.
Build strong families and we will have strong institutions. Build institutions around service and when there is a shaking, institutions can quickly step in to assist the hurting.
We can choose to seek either knowledge of technology, as we have since Adam and Eve, or repent of this disastrous decision and seek to know God in a daily walk, and He can help guide us in troubled times.
We can seek to dominate through strength, the method of choice for the Mafia, the Jihad, the military and evolutionary mind set, and the forces of evil, OR we can choose to win as God did though His Son Jesus, who defeated all the forces of evil in a day and in a moment, when at His weakest moment He died for us on the Cross.

New Drilling Process Lowers Prices

Another article today about natural prices holding steady or even lowering even though producers are scaling back reveals the long term benefits of a relatively new drilling process called "hydraulic fracking".
The bountiful shale rock is drilled not once but multiple times from the same general location and at least one of the central holes is pumped with a hot chemical laden salt water. The process shatters the shale, and forces the released oil  and gas towards the outer drill holes. The process does have it's drawbacks, according to Chris Nelder. A lot of drilling and superstructure is needed to sustain the operation of an oil fieled that quickly tap out in 5 to 7 years. No problem as long as the barrel price stays at $100 a barrel, but a major drop in price would stop drilling quickly.
Not that the price will drop quickly. Other countries are willing to pay $100 plus even if being extorted by the oil cartel.
So, don't go out and buy the biggest SUV you can find, but don't panic either. A summer of $5 will only set off a new wave of drilling, drawn off the natural gas crews that use the exact same equipment. Be smart, be at peace, be in prayer always.

Reaction to The Hell Worm Blog

I'm literally sick to my stomach after reading your bit about 'the worm of hell'. Why people think scaring people into religion is a sound tactic is beyond me. It was vile, disgusting and certainly had nothing to do with the love or mercy of the Jesus I worship. I normally don't call people out but this was just wrong. From one Christian to another, I will pray for you. The fact that just below your sermon about people going to hell and having their flesh digested for all eternity is advertisements for your online business further drives the point home that you need prayer. I'm leaving your page so any response will not be read by me. Enough of my time has already been wasted for one day. May Christ be with you.

International

When listing my friends as international, should I include my friends from Texas or California? ;-) like Claudia Martin-Gaule from Texas? Also, I have a hard time listing Canadian friends as international, since the only difference between them and US, I mean us is they say "Aye" a lot and they love an insane sport called Curling. I caught a late night cable event of curling once. I thought I was on LSD.
Oh, and Canadian men wear bright colored slacks. A Canadian friend told me it was so they could be easily found in a blizzard.
I can't list hockey as a difference since both my grand son and my wife Mary can list by name the top players of all teams Canadian and US. They're pretty fervent fans, aye?
