AM I BRAGGING?

Am I bragging? Remember, I have been widowed twice, locked down n a subsidized senior apartment, unable to enjoy basic social needs such as attending a worship service on a regular basis, and I've been told I'm delusional because not only did I vote for Trump three times, I am convinced that God has spoken to me in one word proclamations and lately a forward that's 1 2 3 4 words. It's. All. Set. Up. And it is highly coincidental that my first job in Colorado springs for 2 years or more was a setup man. And my last manufacturing responsibility in a factory that many will verify I was a key part in setting up its design even though my position was lowly was as a master operator which is just a glorified way of saying I get to set things up and then run a machine at the same time. meanwhile and again usually verified by dozens of Facebook friends I pastored a white church building visible by a large gaggle of travelers on US 6 between Walkerton and US 31 a series of events that can be verified again by dozens or if not hundreds of living witnesses that can still be reached on Facebook a series of small miracles, quiet miracles of people praying or asking me to pray for rain or the reverse which is to not rain during events and again the witnesses abound in the final spectacular though I was not there it can be verified The lady and people that know about this are in my current Sunday school class that is led by probably a millionaire real estate mogul? By the name of Jim Masterson. I could go on with more evidence easily verifiable here in this community but I think I've made my point. Is my bragging premature? And while I'm on the subject, am I not the most awesome piano player and group arranger that you have ever met again I have multiple witnesses that will attest to that. Would you go ahead and cry and moan and weep and say oh my pity me because I've been a Republican and we can't trust the Democrats as far as you can throw them yada yada yada yada. God is doing a great work right now and it's not for America it's for his beloved people of Israel and the Christians the true Christians who love them. REMEMBER OCTOBER 7TH That is all for now. Barry, Weird Al, and Mary

There is one person I've added to my Gratefulness List that is unique. I became acquainted with Barry Skalski on Facebook, but he's really a long time friend of the family, a lifetime friend of my son in law Charles Daly Jr, (the source of my Sanity as a virtue is overrated! quote. My son in law Charles Daly Jr is also creator of the my on line moniker Rev Mad Dog or revmaddog1948, which he created when I found my nick name from work, Mad Dog, was already taken on line.)
Barry inspired me to start tweeting by his example, and we've had several enlightening geek and political discussions, but Barry's biggest contribution to my life was proving to Mary, my wife, that Facebook and Twitter people are REAL!
Barry had several extra tickets to a Weird Al concert, so we took Barry up on the offer and sat next to Barry and his lovely wife Kim for the entire concert, irrefutably proving to a VERY skeptical Mary that Facebook people really exist. (However, don't expect Mary to be opening a Facebook profile soon, not until you know where freezes over)

MORE ABOUT BLOGGING VS FACEBOOKING

I'm very glad I went to blogspot for several reasons: I can use larger print, add pictures, etc., blogspot will sponsor the blog, but the biggest benefit is the google search brings in viewers that Facebook and Twitter don't reach.
I've been using Facebook as a rough draft for the blogger. It seems easier to get started writing on Facebook, because, like right now, my friends (I started this conversation with Facebook friend Melinda Bartley Alleyne  who also writes a blog, healing joshua on blogspot) will inspire me to write on a subject.
To handle all the pasting and copying, I set up with tabs, not windows, which makes it a lot easier to switch back and forth between Facebook and blogspot. To store the notes until I'm ready I use a notepad. I find the Chrome browser is the easiest, fastest, and safest browser to work with on this. I tried both Mozilla and Explorer.
You'd be amazed to find out how much constant prayer can help you with geek stuff. The Holy Spirit is The Great Professor, so willing and able to lead us into all Truth. Of course, He still expects us to do our part. Of all the aspects of learning, language takes the most work and is the least fun. Fortunately, bloggers are already skilled journalists, and keeping a personal log of steps to take will only be a small step for you, and will greatly speed up your geekification. God also started working with me on this area when I humbled myself (a difficult step for me) and gave Him credit for everything I learned. The Word says He leads us into ALL  TRUTH,  and last time I looked, all meant ALL!

Facebook Changes

So far all the changes that I have seen in Facebook I like. I may be alone in my assessment.
There are some things that haven't changed about Facebook. Intrusive, confusing, the blind leading the blind, let's throw it out there and fix it later,are qualities that they have had since the beginning. I see no need to be upset over qualities that are built in to who they are. They're like a relative.
Facebook has always been useful social networking tool, possibly the best. I have found and got in touch with scores of lost friends. They are getting better at it. I tire of whiners.

I'm praying that God will give me an understanding of Facebook like He gave me an understanding of Twitter about a year ago.

I woke up in the middle of the night, and told Mary that God had revealed to me how Twitter works, like Nemo on the Matrix when all the numbers appeared like rain and the walls moved back and forth. I had 40 followers then. I have nearly 5000 now.

Facebook is a different animal. I don't think even Facebook knows what Facebook is doing, but God does!

For the last year Twitter has been the power tool for me to promote the Parables but lately Facebook has been gaining strength. I sense God is wanting me to sit in His one on One class again.
