Again, the pundits can't get it right. It is true that of many legal fronts of the smart phone war that Apple is waging against the users of the android platform, Apple is experiencing some notable successes.
But the statement that InformationWeek Mobility made was "Apple has had some successes in its campaign to defend its mobile market share against Android." 
Yet Android has 75% market share. Apple has 15% market share.
Sorry to contradict you fellows, but APPLE HAS HAD ABSOLUTELY NO SUCCESS IN DEFENDING ITSELF AGAINST  ANDROID ON MARKET SHARE.
There is a big difference in winning the heart of a judge and winning the heart of the market. Apple has failed miserably in the latter. 
I don't think THEY get it so I will say it again, to drive home the point.
APPLE HAS HAD ABSOLUTELY NO SUCCESS IN DEFENDING ITSELF AGAINST  ANDROID ON MARKET SHARE.
