God answers our desires both spoken and unspoken, which is why we must be careful of what it is we desire. For example, even though it was not what God desired, the people of Israel desired a king like the other nations had and so it happened. Of course, the consequences were that their best people their best children would go to the Capitol and serve the king and be separated from their families in the countryside.
Habakkuk 2:14 states for the Earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as a waters cover the sea.
I have decided some time ago to make that verse a specific stated request as part of my prayer life. I invite you to do the same for God's grace is powerful infinitely so and can rain down on us through the power of the holy Spirit to bring about the answer.
